Many of our students enter Cabrillo without any plan for how they will turn their education into a career. Others may have a particular job in mind, but it’s not something that really excites them. The good news is we can help you discover your passion.
Working with a counselor, you can:

- Identify your strengths
- Learn whether what you love doing can be the basis of your career plan
We’re proud of the fact that breakthroughs happen at Cabrillo. We’ve had students uncover a love of geography…or find that they’re good at the performing arts…or that they have a head for business.
You, too, can experience an “Aha!” moment—one that gives you insight into your true passion in life. Our counselors are incredible people who have a keen eye and many resources for identifying your talents. Our instructors are fully engaged with you in the learning process and can open new doors for you.
It’s okay to come to Cabrillo without a specific plan for your education. We’re here to help you define and start your journey.
