We are here to listen to your needs and connect you with campus and community resources. College-related resources can include tutoring, academic counseling, classroom accommodations through the Accessibility and Support and Center, mental health counseling, getting a Mentor to be a partner with you at the college, Student Success Workshops, and ongoing support groups. We can also help you with difficult issues such as homelessness, hunger, and domestic violence.
The staff in Follow-up and Retention Services also provides case coordination for the Student Support and Care Team (SSCT) which works with students and the college in resolving issues that may have resulted on campus and need attention.

Academic Support Links:

Meeting with Robin was very helpful. I was struggling with not feeling motivated and going through some personal stuff. After talking with Robin, I felt better. She listened to me and understood what I was going through. She walked me over to the HUB and the STEM Center where I learned about the tutoring services available at Cabrillo. I also learned about the counseling services offered through Student Health Services and possible accommodations through the Accessibility Support Center. I appreciate that someone from the college cared about me and I would recommend this for other students.
